What limited data goodeatfun collects when you visit, and how it's used.
Last updated: June 2026
goodeatfun ("we", "us") runs this site as a free travel guide for visitors to China. This page explains the limited data we collect when you visit, and how it's used. We keep it deliberately simple, because we collect very little.
This website (goodeatfun.com) is operated from the People's Republic of China. For any privacy question or request, email us at goodeatfun@etinm.com.
We do not ask you to create an account, and the site has no contact forms, comments, or sign-ups. We do not knowingly collect your name, address, or payment information.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used โ for example, which guide pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. For this, Google may set cookies and process technical data such as a shortened IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, and the pages you view. We only ever look at this in aggregate, to improve the guide.
Google Analytics uses cookies to recognise repeat visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every website using Google's opt-out browser add-on. The guide works perfectly well with cookies disabled.
These providers may process data on servers outside your own country, including outside China.
Depending on where you live โ for example the EU or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA โ you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information relating to you, or to object to its processing. Because we hold only aggregated analytics data and no account information, the simplest way to stop all collection is to opt out of analytics as described above. For any request, email goodeatfun@etinm.com.
This site is intended for adults planning travel. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
